Keo Ravy was Children in Families (CIF’s) very first staff, working closely alongside Cathleen Jones, our founder. She’s been a vital leader for CIF.

Keo Ravy was also our first foster parent!

Despite being told that alternative care in Cambodia would never work, she has never stopped fighting for children to be reintegrated into families.

Ravy and Jones’ passion for seeing children being cared for in families - where they can thrive and belong - has led Children in Families to be the organization that it is today. CIF would not exist without their tireless effort.
